Can you believe it? We are back at
Denver International Airport - where our adventure in the US began. Seems like just yesterday since we were in Denver but when we think of everything we have done over the past 6 weeks it seems ages ago. Our check in with United took much longer than expected (For the record - United is NOT our favorite airline for a variety of reasons). So now we don't have nearly as much time in the airport to blog as we had hoped. We fly from Denver to
San Francisco California and then the late night flight to Sydney. By the 30th of July we will be back in
Australia. Our final visit with Grandma and Uncle Tim and
Aunt Nancy was nice and we really enjoyed a day to just chill out - play some basketball, swim and watch a little TV. Last evening one of Mom's life long friends, Denise, came to Pinebluffs with her family (and a few extras) for a visit. Denise and her husband Mitch are pretty funny. Hopefully we can post some pictures that are on Mom's camera soon. We also had a chance to catch up with our cousin Luke which was nice. All in all another nice day in Pinebluffs before we packed up and called it a night. The drive from Pinebluffs to Denver was a piece of cake (mom and dad hardly disagreed on driving decisions at all). So there you have it. Back at DIA and ready to fly to Australia. Hopefully more when we get to San Fran.
