As everyone knows, a bad day of fishing is better than a good day at school. While our classmates are learning about maths and english and Australian history we were learning about Brown Trout, Brook Trout and Cochani. The lake was spectacular and we could see trout swimming under the dock but despite our best efforts and many worms we were unable to catch even one fish. Not to worry there is still plenty of time for us to try and land the big one. Lucky for us there is no permit required when you are under 14 years of age. So watch out fish we are coming to get you!
Hope you catch a trout

We are loving your blog Martin boys! Sounds like you guys are having so much fun. The boys are playing Valley Dragons tomorrow and are hoping for a win. They've won 3 on the trot so hopefully the winning streak will continue. They are 4th on the ladder at the moment. Of course they are missing Isaac's pace on the wing!
ReplyDeleteAll the best from Sandra and the Michie family.
Dude when do you get back?

Thanks for the comments Tom (and Tom's mom). We did catch a trout and it was big enough to eat - so we ate it... yum!
ReplyDeleteWe get back on the 30th of July. I have been telling my cousins about Rugby - they don't really understand the game at all. I can't wait to get back into the action - Good luck on the weekend - Go the Bulls!
