Time to Carbo Load for the Race!

The cascade cycling classic is taking place in Bend Oregon this week. Uncle Eric is heading off to race today in the Master's category. There are a number of Australian cyclists entered in the race and dad has worked with some of them before when they were AIS scholarship holders. So we might stop in and say G'Day. Flyod Landis will also be racing which is giving the racea lot of press.  The weather continues to be ideal for outdoor activities. A Great day for racing.  Will be fun to see how Rory goes in the Pro Category. As we say in Australia - Karn-stralia!
